I can help you reduce muscle tension....

...especially those caused by stress, through slow and deep body work, practiced with great sensitivity and safety, in order to slowly reach the body's deeper soft tissue layers. Tension in your shoulders, upper back and neck will soften and melt away.

My years of experience, education and training gives me the wisdom and the knowledge to design a Therapeutic Massage session that perfectly meets your individual needs. Your session will integrate Deep Tissue, Therapeutic and Relaxation techniques to customize your treatment to your specific healing needs. Your massage will be 60 minutes on the table, not a 50 minute hour.

With an extensive education in Ayurveda ,I can help you achieve relaxation with Ayurvedic body treaments.
